Eligibility for Refund

  1. Course Registration and Payment:
    • Refunds are available for all course fees paid, provided the request meets the criteria outlined below.
    • To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a written request within 7 days from the date of payment.
  2. Refund Request Process:
    • All refund requests must be sent via email to our customer support team at inquire@robogenesis.in
    • The email must include your full name, course name, payment date, and the reason for the refund request.
  3. Conditions for Full Refund:
    • You are entitled to a full refund if the refund request is submitted within 7 days of the payment date, and you have not commenced the course.
    • If you have already accessed course materials or attended any classes, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of RoboGenesis.
  4. Processing Time:
    • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date the refund request is approved.
    • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
  5. Non-Refundable Situations:
    • Refund requests submitted after 7 days from the payment date.
    • Payments made for special promotions, discounts, or non-refundable deposits, unless otherwise specified.
    • Courses where significant portions have been accessed or utilized by the student.
  6. Exceptional Circumstances:
    • In the event of unavoidable circumstances such as medical emergencies or other serious issues, please contact our support team directly to discuss your situation. We aim to handle such cases with empathy and flexibility.
  7. Course Cancellation by Robogensis Digital Services Pvt. Ltd.:
    • If a course is canceled by RoboGenesis, all enrolled students will receive a full refund regardless of the time frame.
    • Alternatively, students may choose to transfer to another available course or session at no additional cost.
